A new year is upon us and many people use the time to set goals for the next 365 days. (Well, 366 this leap year!) In the midst of your fitness and healthy eating goals, I challenge you to make 2020 the year you take that “trip of a lifetime.” The place you have always dreamed of going. The place where, when you see photos, you imagine yourself there. Make 2020 the year you finally cross it off of your list.
